In order to use ShowMacster's ability to send audio directly to iChat, make sure that you've enabled the option "ShowMacsterAudioDriver" during installation (re-install, if necessary):
To enable direct audio playback in ShowMacster, switch the microphone setting in iChat's preferences to "ShowMacster":
If you use the default audio input device as defined in the audio system preferences for video/audio chatting, let the "Audio input" setting in ShowMacster's preferences on "Default". Otherwise, choose an input device from the popup menu.
The "Audio output" setting effects the local audio feedback when playing a movie or sound file in ShowMacster. Let this setting on "Default" to use the system's default output device or choose a specific output device from the popup menu.
